Targeted Groups
Under the main theme of Human Rights, AFKAR Program supported 64 CSOs projects in 3 sectors of intervention. 40 CSOs projects were implemented in the 2 sectors: Rule of Law/Citizenship/Good Governance & Dialogue. Through AFKAR III, 24 projects targeted socio economic development and reform (including Good Governance concept and practices).
According to their objectives, the 64 projects targeted different groups, from all Lebanon. In addition they could be present in different professional sectors. The main targeted groups are: Marginalized Groups, Women, Children and Youth, and communities.
