Under the patronage and attendance of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform H.E Dr. Inaya Ezzeddine, the Hariri Foundation for Sustainable Human Development, in partnership with Al-Hikmeh University, organized the launching of the project " Active Citizenship through Coaching and Training" (PACCT), which aims at building the capacities of 120 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in four Lebanese regions.

This project is implemented under the AFKAR III program  managed by the Office of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform and funded by the European Union.
