Specific Objectives:

1-  “To ensure that vulnerable women, youth and children affected by armed conflicts in Tripoli region have access to mental health and psychosocial community-based services”
2: “To create new economic and income generating opportunities to vulnerable women and youth; with special focus on youth with special needs”. 
3: “To build the capacity of the civil society organizations, schools and law enforcement personnel and strengthen their partnership to be active agents for development and protection”
