the lecturers were Mrs. Nathaly Der Sahakian and Mrs. Dia Salah Abou Maslah. the sessions were managed by Ms. Denise el Murr. Mrs. Youmna Chacar Ghorayeb the coordinator of Afkar Program represented the Minister Of State For Administrative Reform .
