Al-zarwak organizes 3-day training workshop


Al-Zawrak Foundation, in partnership with “Iman Wa Nour” and “Al-Karma” associations, organized a three-day training workshop for educators and workers with persons of  special needs within the NGOs.

The workshop, titled “Development of Integration & Recruitment Capacities”, was held on the 28th, 29th and 30th of December 2007, in Garden Hotel - Broumana. It comes within the framework of the “Afkar 2” program, financed by the European Union and managed by OMSAR. Seven NGOs attended the workshop and 18 persons benefited from the training sessions.



                                        

The workshop aimed at building the integration and recruitment capacities of the associations. The subjects of the sessions revolved around the work with the employers on one hand and the work with the persons of special needs (potential employees) on the other hand.

The workshop achieved its objectives. That was clear by the positive echoes from the participants and their efficient participation in the workshop, as some participants undertook the training of persons with special needs, in order to integrate them into work, from January 2008 to May 2008 inclusively.

Al-Zawrak Foundation will organize a similar workshop for seven other NGOs during the month of February 2008.
