The training sessions


The Afkar program held between 2005 and 2006 four training seminars addressed to the selected NGOs representatives organized by Emergences with European trainers in collaboration with local experts, who provided training services individually by following-up on the work of NGOs upon their request.

These seminars showed the need of many associations to further their knowledge in order to ensure a better administrative structure. It also detected the weak points that must be dealt with. The participants in these seminars benefited from both local and European expertise.

                 

The first seminar focused on developing the organizational aspect and HR management in the associations. The second one focused on the working techniques inside large networks and groups in advocacy and lobbying activities. The third seminar highlighted the communication methodology in terms of dialogue and negotiation. And the last seminar clarified the means used for writing and managing the projects.
