The Office of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform is proceeding with the final reports review process on development projects implemented by non-governmental organizations, supported by AFKAR program and funded by the European Union. The projects implementation reports reflect the results achieved and the activities carried out by the organizations. They highlight the practical indicators of implementation and, on the other hand, discuss the disbursements process and amounts, as well as their conformity with the project's technical requirements and it’s financial budget.

AFKAR program team, in collaboration with the procurement, is in charge of reviewing and verifiying the reports contents. If necessary, they ask for clarifications, both on technical and financial fields, before the reports approval in the ministry and their endorsement by the European Union, as a preparation step for funding completion of the project and its closure.

13 non-governmental organizations completed their two and a half year projects.  They are committed to submit technical and financial reports within the deadlines scheduled for each project.
